How to make a warranty claim?

If you believe your LAZARA has a warranty issue, you should contact your LAZARA retailer first. Then the place where you purchase will facilitate the claim with LAZARA on your behalf.

If you purchased directly from us, submit a warranty claim and our support team will reach out to you once your claim has been reviewed.

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty covers LAZARA engineered parts as well as parts from original component manufacturers. The warranty only covers material and processing defects that already existed on delivery.

A warranty claim is independent of the original owner of the bike. That means, if you’ve bought the bike second hand, LAZARA will not over any associated rebuilding, shipping and customs charges.Any damage caused by external factors from accidental damage, LAZARA has the right to refuse to provide relevant warranty services.

Items : Frame and Fork: 1 year

Electrical Components: 2 years

Battery: 1 year

All other components: 7 months
